Spyder Ryder of America   It's about the RYDE… Not the destination

SRA-SD (Spyder Ryder of America – San Diego Chapter) has been asked to help get the Spyder community nationwide involved in the Ride for Kids to a greater extent. I meet the Ride Manager at the San Diego ride last year, and she has mentioned that they have struggled getting Spyder Ryders to attend, she was blown away when we had 30+ Spyder show up in the rain at the San Diego Ride. We all know that Spyder Ryders are a family with a big heart and I know I was forever changed when I met the STARS of the PBTF. Since we are so active in the San Diego Ride, we have been invited to the Colorado Ride on June 9th, We are looking at leaving San Diego early on June 7th and ryding out. I would love to have Spyder Ryders as well as SRA members join us along the way, Maybe a “Meet and Greet” at a local dealer while in CO on the 8th and attend the Ride for Kids on the 9th.
Come join us along the way if you are within ryding distance of Golden Colorado. All Spyder Ryders are welcome as are anyone that rides anything else. Let’s help these brave kids….and show them that Spyder Ryders are a different breed of rider but riders none the less. I have just posted the event for the 2013 Spyders in the Redwoods.

The third annual incarnation of this popular event will be in the heart of the mother lode and less than one hour away from Yosemite National Park and Calaveras Big Trees – home of the giant sequoias.  In 2013, Spyders in the Redwoods will be centered in historic Sonora, CA during the week of August 5th through the 8th.  Come explore Yosemite, the Sierras, and gold country with us!

Spyders in the Redwoods wrapped up the end of last week, and as many of us make our way back home (and back to work) pictures and videos are beginning to appear online. Many of these have found their way to our 2012 Spyders in the Redwoods media page. More photos and videos will be added as they are provided, so check back for new entries! If you have any you would like to include here, please email them to the National Webmaster.
